AstroFlow Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and consumer withdrawal rights are handled for AstroFlow subscriptions and digital services. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

1. What this policy applies to

AstroFlow is a SaaS and digital service that provides interactive charting, market visualization, technical indicators, astrology-based cycle research, and educational analysis tools. This policy applies to paid AstroFlow subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and other paid digital access sold through our website or checkout flow.

2. Seller and payment processor

AstroFlow is sold by Astroflow, a Swedish sole proprietorship. Payments may be processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe may appear in the checkout flow, on payment authentication screens, or in payment-related communications, but AstroFlow remains responsible for handling subscription access and refund requests under this policy.

3. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund payments already made for the current billing period, unless a refund is required by law or approved under this policy.

After cancellation, your paid access normally remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless your account is terminated for a violation of our Terms of Use or another agreement.

4. Consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For services, the period normally starts the day after the agreement is concluded.

If you request or consent to immediate access to AstroFlow during the withdrawal period, we may, where permitted by law, charge a proportional amount for the part of the service already provided before you withdraw. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law, including rights relating to defective, unavailable, or misdescribed services.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on Stripe, your bank, card network, payment method, or local payment provider. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refunded amount on your statement.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue quickly. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, your account access may be limited while the dispute is reviewed.
